Pray in Unity for the City
May the Lord Cease the Spread of Influenza
In recent days threat of influenza is upon our city, many of our children who cannot tell their right hand from their left were infected with influenza. May we pray in unity that the Lord would quickly save these children. May the Lord also keep our city in calmness and tranquility.
- Please proclaim: "The Lord Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress." (Ps. 46:7) May the Lord be the refuge for Hong Kong.
- Thank you Lord for giving the verse in Mark 4:39: "Quiet! Be still!" to teach us how to pray and to cease the spread of all the viruses.
- Jesus said, "let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." (Mt. 19:14) May this word be done upon the lives of all the children.
- May the Lord bestow wisdom and strategy upon those in authority to thwart every potential crisis.
- May the Lord bestow health, clean air and a strong immune system upon each of us.
- May the Lord enable all the children who are hospitalized to have a speedy recovery.
