Pray in Unity for the City

Pray for Peace in Tin Shui Wai

October 14 was a big day for the Hong Kong Franklin Graham Festival. At the Hong Kong Stadium, we prayed in unity and committed ourselves to God to serve Him with all our heart... However, it was also on that very day when a family dispute ended in the tragic death of three lives in Tin Shui Wai. This led me to recall from the Scripture: "He says to himself, 'God has forgotten; he covers his face and never sees.' Arise, LORD! Lift up your hand, O God. Do not forget the helpless. Why does the wicked man revile God? Why does he say to himself, 'he won't call me to account'? But you, O God, do see trouble and grief; you consider it to take it in hand. The victim commits himself to you; you are the helper of the fatherless." (Ps. 10:11-14)

May those without shelter look upon the Lord as their refuge, because the Lord Jesus Christ said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me." (Mt. 28:18) "Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Php. 2:9-11)

From now on, we will pray for peace for Tin Shui Wai in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. May every intercessor bless Tin Shui Wai for five minutes at 10pm every evening . May God bless everyone.
